Books and Stuff

Thank you for the wonderful book drive this year for the work in northern Ghana. Out of the hundreds of books we received over the last year we also received new educational materials. Pictures are, as the saying goes, worth a thousand words. Sometimes they are even priceless, like when teaching about Jesus. We gave David some material consisting of a series of picture cards relating Old Testament stories and the Life of Christ. These types of material are wonderful with non-native English speakers. Ministry Update

Even through the trials and tribulations of furlough we have managed some activity in Ghana. Heather took a team of 20+ medical professionals to the village of Vea and dedicated a well for the clinic there. Also, we partnered with long time friends Danny and Sue Jaynes to show a video on truths of Christianity in comparison to Islam. And as always, Heather spent lots of time with the children attending to their needs and sharing Christ’s love. Let’s start with the children first. Ladies from one of our most ardent supporting churches, located in Lake Butler, FL, gave...
